Story of the Game:
The No. 14 MSU-Northern Skylights played on Thursday December 6 against (RV) Montana Western at 6 p.m. in Havre, Montana. The Skylights beat Montana Western 58-51. The Skylights outscored the Bulldogs 31-25. At the beginning of the third half, the Skylights build the lead by 14 points (42-28). Montana Western battled back in the fourth quarter outscoring Northern 14-11.
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by Tiara Gilham, who had 18 points going 7-13 from the field. Gilham also grabbed eight rebounds. Peyton Kehr went 6-8 from the field with 14 points and four assists. Hailey Nicholson added eight points and seven rebounds.
The Bulldogs were led by Gracey Meyer and Paige Holmes, who each had nine points on the night. Brynley Fitzgerald and Paige Holmes each led the Bulldogs in rebounding with five. Savanna Bignell had five steals.
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 45.8, 31 percent from the arc, and 60 percent from the free throw line. The Skylights our rebounded the Bulldogs 32-22.
Montana Western shot 37.3 percentage from the field, 11.1 percent from the 3-point line, and 61.1 percent from the free throw.

The Skylights are 8-0 in the overall season and 1-0 in the Frontier Conference.
