TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama women’s basketball team used a dominant second half performance to capture a 62-point win over Norfolk State on Sunday, defeating the Spartans 92-30 in Coleman Coliseum. With the win, the Crimson Tide extends its win streak to seven consecutive games and improved to 9-2 on the season.
UA outscored the Spartans 48-9 in the second half to keep the Tide undefeated at home on the season (5-0). Brittany Davis led all scorers, going 7-of-9 from the floor and 6-of-8 from beyond the arc for a game-high 22 points, while Loyal McQueen tallied a career-high 20 points thanks to a perfect 4-of-4 performance from distance. Aliyah Nye (Potawatomi) added 11 Points for the Tide as well
