Jerry Louie-McGee (Coeur d’Alene Tribe) listed as top Slot Receiver for Griz Football in first depth chart release

(Missoula, Montana)  –  Jerry Louie-McGee (Coeur d’Alene Tribe) emerged as one of Montana’s most dangerous threats at the “Z” wide receiver spot during spring drills last semester and coming into the fall practice he has continued to solidify his spot.

With the Grizzlies hitting the field for the first time in scrimmage form this weekend, Montana showed what the team’s starting lineup would look like if the season began.

The Griz are still 2 1/2 weeks until a Sept. 3 game against the visiting Saint Francis Red Flash. Many positions are undecided at the moment, but here’s what the Griz two-deep depth chart looks like at this point of the season.

Griz will hold their second fall scrimmage this Saturday, Aug. 20 at 9 a.m. at Washington-Grizzly Stadium.

  1. He caught more passes when his hair was longer. Now that it’s growing out I expect to see that braid in the end zone. He does the Coeur d’Alene and his Coherokee and Colville roots proud
