by The Chickasaw Nation is accepting applications for the Native American Jr. Tennis Invitational and the Native American Jr. Open Golf tournaments.
All Native Americans ages 8 to 18 are eligible to apply and must provide a copy of their Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) and citizenship card/certificate.
The Native American Jr. Tennis Invitational tournament is set for 8 a.m., Saturday, June 11, at Ada Tennis Courts in Ada, Oklahoma.
A $30 registration fee is required to cover court costs, lunch and tennis balls.
The Native American Jr. Golf Open tournament is set for 11:30 a.m., Saturday, June 18, at Winstar Golf Course, 10909 Pro Shop Rd., Thackerville, Oklahoma.
A $20 registration fee is required to cover green fees, lunch and range balls.
