Leavenworth, Kan. – The Haskell Indian Nations University women’s volleyball improved to (4-5) on the season after defeating the University of Saint Mary Spires in 5 sets on the road last night (25-16, 22-25, 20-25, 25-22, 15-4).

The Indians were led by freshman middle hitter Cailey Lujan (Many Farms, AZ) who had a game high 18 Kills along with 9 digs on the evening. Each setter for Haskell, Randi Romero (Laguna-Acoma, NM) and Amber Whitehair (Monument Valley, AZ), had 21 assists in the game as well.
