by Ithaca, NY October 29 – The Iroquois Nationals Lacrosse Program would like to announce the Open Tryouts dates for the U19 Iroquois Nationals, November 14 & 15th at the Nichols School in Buffalo, NY. Player registration will begin at 10am sharp. Please bring your own equipment along with cleats as we will be on a Field Turf Surface. All high school and college players born between Sept. 1, 1996, and July 6, 2000, are eligible and encouraged to attend.
Players will need to bring with them the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Haudenosaunee Passport (if you are eligible for a Haudenosaunee Passport you will need to apply for one)
- Letter of Recognition from your Traditional Government
- If you are from another nation other than Haudenosaunee we will need a letter of recognition from your nation.
- Download the Registration Application Form. Print and Bring with you.
- Tryout fee $75.00
We are excited about the upcoming U19 World Championships being played in Coquitlam, British Columbia July 7-16th 2016. We are looking to field the best team of committed and focused athletes that we have in our communities throughout the Americas. Please take this opportunity to be a part of something special.
