The win propels the Beavers to 12-13 on the season and 7-12 in NSIC play while the Golden Eagles drop to 10-15 (5-14 NSIC).

- Minnesota Crookston jumped out to a quick 9-0 lead before Minot State ended the first quarter with a 9-3 rally to cut the deficit to 12-9 after the first 10 minutes.
- The Golden Eagles extended the lead to six in the second quarter before the Beavers climbed back to tie the game at 19.
