Rob McClain Jr. is a 6’5 sophomore from Red Lake, MN and attended Red Lake High School. The do everything forward led the conference in many statistical categories including rebounding, steals, and blocks. He was also the conferences second leading scorer and finished as the nations 7th leading scorer. He finished first in the nation in field goals made and defensive rebounds and ranked in the top ten in the nation in several statistical categories. McClain averaged 23.1 points, 11.3 rebounds, 5 assists, 2.3 steals, and 2.2 blocks. McClain Jr. had an astonishing 24 double doubles this season. He was named the Mon Dak conferences player of the week four times. He was also a first team selection last year as a freshman.
Montel Carlow is a 6’1″ sophomore from Fort Yates, ND and attended Solen High School. The highly efficient guard led the conference in scoring and finished as the nations 5th leading scorer. He averaged 24.3 points per game and scored over 30 points seven times this season including a 46 point outburst against Rocky Mountain College and a 40 point performance against Williston State College. The prolific guard was highly efficietn shooting 48% from the field and 45% from the three point line. He led the nation in three pointers made and also led the nation by shooting a blistering 92.3% from the free throw line.
