One of the largest online streaming platforms in the world, Netflix, released a series this past year called “Basketball or Nothing” which followed the boy’s basketball season of Chinle High School located on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. It was a series of 6 episodes that was produced by PGA golfer Rickie Fowler, who is of Navajo decent, and was one of the most widely popular series for Indian Country.
In a recent social media post by the production company who produced “Season 1” eluded that a “Season 2” is in the works. See below:
“New faces, same goal for the Chinle Wildcats. We’re excited to be back on the Rez capturing their journey this year. #BasketballorNothing2” the Facebook post says by the Workshop.
