by Eastern Oklahoma State College freshman Gracie Woods (Chickasaw) has earned her first Player of the Week award for the season. She was named the NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week for Feb. 22-28, 2021. This is the first time an Eastern softball player has earned the distinction this season.
Woods is a freshman from Wright City, Okla. So far this season, Woods has a .722 batting average with 2 home runs, 13 RBIs and 8 runs scored. She has also swiped 1 bag on the season.
