by AMHERST, N.Y. – Senior Justin Hemphill (Buffalo, N.Y.) scored 20 points and sophomore Justin Glover (Buffalo, N.Y.) added 19 to lead to lead the Daemen University men’s basketball team to an 84-58 victory over Molloy University in an East Coast Conference contest this evening at Lumsden Gymnasium on the Daemen campus.
It marked the 450th career win for Daemen head coach Mike MacDonald, who has now amassed a 450-306 record over his 27 year career.
Daemen, which entered the game ranked eighth in the East Region by the Division II College Sports Communicators (D2CSC), improved to 14-6 overall and 4-3 in the ECC. The visiting Lions dropped to 3-15 overall and 1-6 in the league.
