ATLANTA, Jan. 23, 2015 — Tickets for the 2015 Atlanta Dream Classic at KFC Yum! Center on May 23 in Louisville, Ky., are now on sale to the general public. The Classic will feature a doubleheader of WNBA preseason contests, with the Indiana Fever and Connecticut Sun playing at 5 p.m. ET, while the Dream and Washington Mystics will follow at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the Classic can be purchased at the KFC Yum! Center box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, online at ticketmaster.com or atlantadream.net or by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Lower level tickets start at just $14, and group discounts are available at kfcyumcenter.com or by calling (502) 566-5152.
The Atlanta Dream Classic will be highlighted by the return to Louisville of current Dream stars Angel McCoughtry and Shoni Schimmel. Both players earned All-American honors while leading the Cardinals to appearances in the National Championship Game, and they are the Cardinals’ top two all-time leading scorers.
Fans will also get the opportunity to see three of the Dream’s Eastern Conference rivals following a pregame party on the plaza of the Yum! Center, which is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2010 and will be hosting its first ever WNBA games. The doubleheader will be the culmination of a three-day event that will also include a coaches clinic and community appearances by all four teams.
