HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Women’s Basketball Coach Matt Svehla on where the game was won today for NIACC:
“We had a rough first half,” Svehla said. “NIACC put up 32 points in the first quarter and they popped the game open. They were sharp and we had no answers. We battled in the second half, but NIACC is a tough team, and it is hard to make a big run. We will need to regroup as a very tough Iowa Western team will be next.”
