by Crownpoint, NM – On September 27, 2024, Jaden Redhouse from Deunehotso, Arizona, signed his letter of intent to join the NTU Men’s Basketball team. He was accompanied by Men’s Head Basketball Coach Micheal McMillan during this significant moment.
Jaden, a graduate of Monument Valley High School, has a solid background in basketball from his time on the high school team. He decided to join the NTU basketball program due to his passion for the sport and the opportunity Coach McMillan offered him. At NTU, he plans to pursue a degree in electrical trades, eager to build on the skills he’s learned from his family while following a career path he enjoys.
Recently, Jaden participated in a team scrimmage and appreciated the team dynamic, quickly adjusting to the collegiate pace. He enjoys the mental aspects of the game and values his teammates’ basketball IQ and playmaking abilities.
The NTU Basketball team will travel to Chinle, Arizona, next Thursday, October 3rd, to compete against Eastern Arizona College in a preseason matchup. We invite everyone to come out and support the team at the Wildcat Den, where admission is $5 and doors open at 4 PM.
