by The Iowa Central women’s cross country team swept the Top-4 spots on the podium and claimed the overall title at the Mustang Gallop Friday hosted by Mount Mercy.
With just 19 points, the Tritons were well ahead of the host school. Cornell College was third followed by Iowa, Clarke and Hawkeye.
Eleonora Curtabbi was the individual winner, finishing in 18:14.42 with teammate Florance Uwajeneza crossing in 18:44.46.
Winrose Cheang was right behind them in 18:14.51 with Rosalie Fish (Cowlitz Tribe) placing fourth.
Lilia Alvarez was 10th overall for the Tritons.
