by Crownpoint, NM – Tyrell Archie signed his letter of intent to join the NTU Men’s Basketball team for the 2024-2025 season. Coach McMillan joined him during this vital moment.
Tyrell has always been interested in playing basketball at the collegiate level, and he seized the opportunity presented by Coach McMillan to join NTU. A native of Crownpoint, NM, Tyrell played basketball at Crownpoint High School. He is enrolled in the general studies program and has decided on a specific major at NTU. This season, he will wear number 24, which he has proudly sported since he began playing the game.
Coach McMillan has assembled a talented roster of players across the Navajo Nation and is optimistic about the upcoming season. The schedule will feature a mix of Division I to Division III schools from various colleges and universities in the southwestern region, with a full lineup to be released soon.
