According to a CBSSPORTS.COM report, the Wisconsin Badgers and the Oklahoma Sooners are planning to announce a home and home series beginning November, 29th, 2015 with the first game to be played in Norman, Oklahoma. The return game would be in Madison, Wisconsin during the 2016-17 season.
The Badgers lose their top two scorers — Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker — from this past season’s team that went 36-4 and lost in the national title game against Duke, but returns a solid nucleus led by Bronson Koenig (Ho-Chunk Nation) and Nigel Hayes.
The Sooners return four starters from a team that won 24 games and lost in the Sweet 16 to Michigan State headlined by Big 12 Conference Player of the Year Buddy Hield.
Oklahoma and Wisconsin have met seven times. The Badgers have won four in the series, including two-straight.
